IT Service Desk Engineer

Sales offices of the company are located in the US, UK, Germany, and Switzerland. The development centers are located in Argentina, Poland, Russia, and Ukraine. At the same time, we remain a very integrated team. 


    At the heart of DataArt's corporate culture is the value of diversity and trusting and respectful relationships. Currently, we are searching for specialist for the position of IT Service Desk Engineer.





    • User support and desktop operating system/application support
    • Maintenance of office structured cabling
    • Technical maintenance of computer systems and office equipment
    • Help support the Active Directory, Windows, and Linuх servers



    Required Skills and Experience


    • At least 1 year of work-related experience
    • Experience in administration of Windows server systems, basic understanding of Active Directory
    • Basic knowledge of networking and PC architecture, experience with setting up and tuning hardware (laying and maintaining structured cables, assembling and repairing PCs, diagnosing and maintaining the equipment)
    • Practical experience working with the corporate antivirus systems



    Additional Competencies


    • Experience working on helpdesk (service desk) and user support
    • Experience working with Linux
    • English will be a plus
