DevOps/ System administrator

We are looking for experienced DevOps/System administrator who will join our team.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role;
• English level - Intermediate or higher;
• Extensive experience with AWS;
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management;
• Familiarity with Linux operating system;
• Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline educational degree; Professional certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) will be a plus;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter;
• Manage network servers and technology tools;
• Perform physical installation and basic maintenance of network devices;
• Set up accounts and workstations;
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements;
• Troubleshoot issues and outages;
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls;
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models;
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies;
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
