aInternational Media Company, working in a fast growing industry of digital marketing is looking for a high-energetic, self-motivated, positive and responsible Office Manager to join our friendly team in Kharkov office.



  • Serve as the key person for maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands.

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Work together with HR to maintain office policies, if necessary.

  • Organize office operations and procedures.

  • Maintain all office equipment.

  • Manage contracts, price negotiation and relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords (ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time).



  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work process.

  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • English level (intermediate and high-quality to communicate in English)
