Managing Director (premixes, nutrition)

Start from scratch and management of international agro-company activities in Ukraine. The large well-known brand is based on the manufacture of technical products (premix, basemix, mineral feed, nutraceuticals, mineral licking buckets, feed additives, feed first age) which are generally associated with high added value consulting services. 

The mission is to be in charge of Key Account Management. Be in charge of product development offer connecting with Global Teams. Support and manage the offer roll out and its development in concordance with global business development strategy and the local one defined by you.

Field work all over Ukraine: approx 80 % - admin work/office/plant: approx 20 %.

The position is based in UKRAINE.

Success in this role will allow you to further your career within the Group.

QUALITIES NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION

• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Experience working in Agri/Agro Engineering or Veterinarian or in the Feed business at least 10 years.
• Business development spirit.
• Autonomy, independence and organizational skills.
• Public speaking and negotiation skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Propose development projects and define the Where to Play and How to win.
• Provide business development, sales.
• Propose development projects and define the Where to Play and How to win.
• Prospect and organize active customer prospection in your area.
• Be in charge of management of overall activities of the company.
• Build and lead team network.
• Define positioning of each product in the local markets together with global/local marketing team.
• Monitor profit pools and define priorities and business plans together with the General Manager Europe and Global team.
