Job description
- Provide quality IT support for end-users;
- Perform hardware and software installations;
- Perform user, hardware and software accounting;
- Documentation creation and maintenance;
- Be initiative and positive team member
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Helpdesk Specialist;
- MacOS support knowledge;
- General Windows support knowledge;
- Experience in user hardware troubleshooting;
- Good spoken and written English;
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation;
- Calm, responsible, initiative, self-organized, eager to learn.
