Key Requirements:
· Proficiency in English -advanced level is a must;
· Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them to others;
· Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to walk customers through troubleshooting process
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Positive attitude.
Bonus Requirements:
· Experience with VoIP
· Business phone experience
· Experience with CRM
· Understanding of TCP/IP
Daily Responsibilities:
· You will be a true problem-solver and will use tech savviness to ensure customer satisfaction and to educate other members of the team.
· Assisting new customers with initial set up of their phone system accounts;
· Accurately answer a variety of technical questions about Nextiva's services;
· Provide each customer an Amazing Service through phone, email and online chat;
· Notate tickets thoroughly and properly in Nextiva's CRM.
