Content Editor (German language)

DOIT Software is an IT Staff Augmentation company. We have a blog written in German, dedicated to discussing topics related to business and technology. The content is specifically tailored for audiences in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

We are actively looking for a Website Content Editor who is proficient in German. The main responsibilities of this position include translating content from English to German and performing editing tasks.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and German at a B2 level or higher.
• Demonstrate a healthy sense of perfectionism when delivering results.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Content Marketing. Prior experience in the field is a plus.
• Editorial experience would be a strong plus.
• Ability to work with data and apply a data-driven mindset to gain insights.
• Honesty and transparency.

Responsibilities:

• Make corrections and translate the content into German using a checklist prepared by a Marketing Specialist.
• Actively use AI help like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or others to speed up getting results for content translation.
• Create or update pictures for the content using Figma.
• Add content to the WordPress website.
• Distribute content across various platforms. Engage in correspondence with webmasters and authors to secure backlinks to our website.
• Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.
