Job brief

We are looking for a reliable Financial Manager that will analyze every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. The goal is to enable the company's leaders to make sound business decisions and meet the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Management accounting in the Quick book program
• Participation in the consolidation of management reporting for the group of companies
• Calculation of the actual salary
• KPI calculation and control
• Cost control
• Monitoring schedules of credit obligations of the company and their implementation
• Reporting for US accountant
• Personnel accounting
• Development of new reports, setting technical specifications for developers for automation
• Conduct a comparative analysis of "plan-fact"

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• English (Intermediate + )
• Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions), 1С (ERP)
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
• Time-management and organization skills
• Confidentiality
