Middle/Senior UX Designer

Big Drop Inc is looking for a talented UX Designer to create amazing user interfaces and experiences and work with the UX Team, Designers and Engineers to bring those experiences to life.The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean, simple and immersive design, have an understanding of user experience best practices, and be able to translate product requirements into interactive wireframes. This person must be able to take a complex feature set and user journey and turn it into a simple-to-use and delightful experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Be a great team player, ability to collaborate closely with developers, UX team members, designers and stakeholders;
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, user flows, site maps and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods;
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and meetings;
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 3 years relevant UX design experience defining and creating experiences across applications, mobile, and websites. Interactive agency experience is required;
• Exhibit a portfolio or work samples that demonstrate start-to-finish work including any sketches, wireframes, personas, scenarios, and screenshots of the final deliverable - We want to understand how you think about a problem;
• Experience in creating wireframes (preferably in Axure RP), user flows and site maps;
• Advanced experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• High attention to detail.

Bonus:
