Logistics Specialist (Sea/Export execution)

This is a full-time permanent position based in our office in Kyiv. An opportunity not to be missed if you are ready to take the next step!

What you will do:

• Control of timely and correct receipt and issuance of all needed export cargo documentation from/to all concerned
• Negotiations, Mailing and Business correspondence within shipments execution and all related factors
• Cooperation with Surveyor, Forwarding and Fumigating companies and Ship agents at Ukrainian ports
• Arrange tenders and issuance and conclusion of transshipment contracts, other contracts for logistic
• Transshipment market monitoring / tenders
• Vessels report

Requirements:

• Higher Education Degree. Formal qualifications for this role are not essential
• Working experience in the similar position at least 2 years
• Knowledge of Incoterms
• PC Skills (MS office)
• Intermediate level of English is a must
• Customer and quality minded, result oriented
• Analytical thinking, ability to improve own working processes
• Responsibility
