Financial Analyst

Requirements to the candidates:

· Higher Education Degree: in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field

· 2-4 years in Big4 firms with CFA qualification preferred

· Must have strong analytical ( quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including building models, prior data mining and on line market research

· Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow

· Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management

· Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required: spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications

· Familiarity with data query/data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)

· 1-2+ experience years of project management will be considered an advantage

· Fluent in Russian, Ukrainian and English

Core Responsibilities:

Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting for a specific project

Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes

Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

Conduct comparables analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis

Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends

Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives
