Human Resources Data Analyst

Based in Kyiv

Overall Responsibility

The HR Data Analyst under the supervision of Human Resources Manager will be responsible for analysing, evaluating HR data and reports, providing feedback to HR Manager/management and advising on data related changes and improvements. This will include reconciliation and updating HR data and produce HR analysis reports on regular basis.

Main Tasks and responsibilities

• Identifying and collaborate with HR team to address various HR data related issues,
• Providing advice and support to HR Manager regarding HR processes, and best practices including data collection tools and analysis,
• Analysing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions and corrective measures,
• Reviewing and updating employee database, candidate's data,
• Producing and delivering standard (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and customized HR reports such as leaves, administration processes, BOMs, EoMs, recruitment database, onboarding, training database, HRIS, vertime, retention, turnover and internal mobility.
• Responding to HR data requests by gathering, analysing, and reporting relevant data as and when required,
• Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the data input,
• Training HR staff on data management,
• Maintaining HR data integrity and confidentiality at all levels,
• Developing & maintaining database glossary,
• Partnering with HR staff across the delegation on data update and analyses,
• Take part in forecasting HR costs and help develop budgets.
• Any other assignment given by line manager or management.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education and professional qualifications

• University degree in HR, statistics or another relevant field; IT background is an asset.
• Minimum two years relevant professional experience in data analysis, or working experience in implementation of HR projects in similar set-up,
• Good knowledge of HR Key Peformance Indicators,
• Demonstrated experience in MS Office usages
• Advanced expertise in Excel especially
• Knowledge and experience in data management, analysis. Knowledge of Tableau software is an asset,
• Good Command over English (written plus verbal)
