SECRETARY (Economic Security Department)

 

Mariupol based

 

Maternity cover (1 year contract)

 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

  • Focal point for information management. Keep up to date all the Department's databases related to ongoing programs;
  • Managing the Office's Hotline half of the day. She/he provides accurate feedback to beneficiary questions/problems, reports general trends of community feedback;
  • Supports the field team in all administrative and logistical aspects of the program (Field trip notifications, requisition orders, distribution plans and other similar tasks, daily & weekly reporting, movement plans);
  • Computerizes data related to different EcoSec programs;
  • Prepare progress, statistics or other reports;
  • Maintain records system, supervise and ensure that all the Department's documents are properly filed;
  • Contributes to the implementation and follow-up of projects (within the department);
  • Translates non-institutional documents (English-Ukrainian-Russian);
  • Receives and welcomes all visitors at the entrance of the office and orients them to the appropriate ICRC department, employees.

 

 

The tasks and responsibilities defined above are not exhaustive and can evolve depending on organizational needs.

 

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

 

 

Education and professional qualifications

 

  • 2 years working experience in a similar field of activity;
  • Higher education diploma, technical education or professional degree in related field;
  • Very good computer skills (word & excel);
  • Very good representation and communication skills;
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English;
  • Capacity to adhere to and to implement procedures, understand program's components;
  • Previous experience in information management is an asset.
