We are looking for passionate, innovative, results-oriented specialist with heart-deep commitment to success to be a part of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Organization of comfortable working conditions for people (dealing with requests and issues related to office facilities and work conditions; cooperation with landlord).
- Managing and negotiation with suppliers (food, tea, coffee, water, stationary, furniture, office equipment and gadgets etc.).
- Cooperation with HR on onboarding process (workplace, welcome pack etc.).
- Participation in the organization of events for the company. (Teambuildings and Office celebrations, corporate activities).
- Business Trip assistance (support with accommodation, transportation, visa etc.).
- Reporting (Weekly office procurement reporting.).
Professional skills:
- 1 year + relevant experience as an Office Manager/Administrator.
- Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize your work.
- Responsible, Pro-active, positive-minded, flexible.
- Ability to think and react quickly in unpredictable situations.
