Leading holding company in the premium retail FMCG segment is looking for Marketing Director

Requirements:

• Last 5 years' experience on position of Marketing Director/Senior marketing manager in FMCG segment;
• The concrete results of successful leadership and management of national projects;
• The concrete results of successful management of digital marketing;
• Develops marketing strategy by studying economic indicators;
• Tracking changes in supply and demand;
• Identifying customers and their current and future needs;
• Leadership skills, process and people management;
• Experience in FMCG retail - is necessary;
• Excellent analyst and strategist, focused on results;
• Strong ability of effectiveness in uncertain situations;
• Strong knowledge of English.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer- relations programs;
• Providing short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data;
• Influencing present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends;
• Consulting with internal and external sources;
• Maintaining research database by identifying and assembling marketing information;
• Providing marketing information by answering questions and requests;
• Achieving financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;
• Completing marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
• Maintaining marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
