Intego Group is a global IT outsourcing provider for dedicated teams that are hosted in Eastern and Central Europe. 

Currently we are looking for an Office Manager. Position is available in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing office operations and procedures
  • Assisting company's staff in solving administrative questions
  • Manage contracts, price negotiations and relationships with vendors, service providers
  • Trips organization and support of company's foreign partners while they are in Ukraine
  • Support of clients at meetings, internal events
  • Participation in organization of corporate events and congratulation of employees' Birthdays and other holidays
  • Arrangement of business trips for the company's staff and management, processing permits, visas and tickets, hotel booking

Requirements:

  • Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English
  • Desirable - Understanding of IT business functioning
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility, positive thinking, goodwill and initiative
  • Attention to details and problem solving, relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work process
