Intego Group is a global IT outsourcing provider for dedicated teams that are hosted in Eastern and Central Europe.
Currently we are looking for an Office Manager. Position is available in Kyiv.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing office operations and procedures
- Assisting company's staff in solving administrative questions
- Manage contracts, price negotiations and relationships with vendors, service providers
- Trips organization and support of company's foreign partners while they are in Ukraine
- Support of clients at meetings, internal events
- Participation in organization of corporate events and congratulation of employees' Birthdays and other holidays
- Arrangement of business trips for the company's staff and management, processing permits, visas and tickets, hotel booking
Requirements:
- Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English
- Desirable - Understanding of IT business functioning
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility, positive thinking, goodwill and initiative
- Attention to details and problem solving, relationship building skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work process
