Develops, builds and facilitates high-impact training and development initiatives that drive business results for a variety of internal customers with a focus and not limited to the global Technology team. She/he helps build a unified training & development framework, including onboarding and skill/functional development with a focus on EMEA region, supporting global training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess training needs with a focus on the Technology team and EMEA region (UK, Poland, Estonia)
  • Create and implement robust learning paths and role-specific training programs for the global technology team (Product Development/Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Product Mgmt., Data Mgmt. InfoSec)
  • Enable smooth and highly-efficient metrics-focused onboarding for experience for the team members in EMEA region
  • Design, deliver and facilitate in-person and virtual training and onboarding sessions
  • Act as coach and facilitator for team leaders in EMEA
  • Equip functional trainers with the tools required for successful onboarding and ongoing development (“Train the Trainer” program)
  • Evaluate and drive training effectiveness
  • Create interactive, visually-appealing and impactful training materials
  • Participate in other talent management initiatives (performance management initiatives, career workshops, etc.)

Education:

Associate/Bachelor’s degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Management or equivalent experience in Human Resources with a focus on technical/functional training.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year experience in Organizational Development/Talent Management in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment (preferable: IT companies). Proven work experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Trainer or similar role.
