Junior Sales Manager (B2B)

We're looking for a self-driven sales professional to skyrocket sales of our enterprise communications solutions.

The Junior Sales Development Representative will be responsible both for closing new business from leads that our team generates and for creating and closing their own leads and targets. The person must be self-motivated to grow the scope of business.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally and persistently interact with leads via phone calls, emails and LinkedIn to close new deals
• Create compelling outreach messages (call scripts and templates)
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads as sales opportunities
• Uncover prospect's business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities
• Provide product presentations and creatively handle objections
• Follow through during the post-sale process until leads become active accounts
• Manage personal sales pipeline, record all activities in CRM
• Submit regular progress reports

Requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken English is a must
• Prior experience: 1 year in Sales or related experience, B2B preferable
• Strong negotiation, sales presentation, & closer skills
• You are not afraid to jump on a call to break the ice
• Have a strong desire to show results with a drive for excellence
• You are a people person. You love to communicate with people, from your colleagues to C-level decision-makers at potential clients
• Self-motivated, responsible and proactive worker
• You're not afraid to face rejections on your way to success
