Executive Assistant to the CEO

Responsibilities:

Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing the calendar of appointments;

Prepare Meeting Agenda for the CEO, write meeting minutes, organize logistics of the meetings;

Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents and presentations;

Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary;

Prepare official emails and documents on behalf of the CEO;

Arranging complex and detailed travel plans and make sure that all information for those trips are gathered and prepared for the CEO so there is always access to all important information when needed.

Perform and accomplish ad hoc tasks given by the CEO;

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team;

This position requires an upper-intermediate English level or higher.
