WHAT KIND OF PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years of experience in auditing or/and consulting in the same or similar position is a must
• You have higher education (Master in Finance/Mathematics/Technical background)
• Professional certificate (CFA/ACCA) is a plus
• Successful experience in financial due diligence
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Ukrainian Accounting Standards
• Fluent in English (French/German is a plus)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent software skills (MS Office and 1C)
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) required to provide leadership and mentoring to staff
• Focused on meeting deadlines with the highest level of quality
• Inquisitive & able to show initiative
• Hard working, ready to take on a responsibility
• Ability to go on business trips

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Lead consulting and advisory engagements under the supervision of Manager
• Possibility to work on valuation, forensic projects, independent business reviews
• Take part in different transaction services assignments, mostly, financial due diligence, but not limited to it
• Provide support to management in planning the engagement and managing the project
• Plan and perform analyses with the assistance of Juniors
• Prepare reports
