Deputy head of Controlling

Responsibilities:

• provide accurate and timely reporting of the group's financial activities (monthly closing, forecast, budget and strategic planning)
• business partnering with divisional heads and management team
• proactively monitor the business and its financial performance by analysing KPIs and deviations in the P&L to ensure accountability
• communicate with the Headquarter on reporting and financial topics and participate in group - wide projects
  
• cooperate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and Year-End Closing
• support the Head in leading the team
  

General requirements:

• Knowledge of accounting standards and MS Office, experienced with ERP system is a plus
• IFRS Knowledge
• Relevant working experience in a similar position
• Structured and results driven mindset, recognized team player with a strong work ethic and hands - on mentality
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English (German is of advantage)
