Manager of foreign affairs

Your goals:

• preparation of information, introduction and control over an array of data in 1C systems
• work with suppliers (correspondence/calls)
• work with forwarders (correspondence)
• communication with stores
• work with the warehouse (correspondence/calls)
• providing reports to management
• put orders to the system
• compare the confirmation of orders with initial orders (delivery windows, shipment conditions, models, article, materials, colors, prices, sizes and their quantites)
• writing letter with the discrepancies

About you:

• higher education, experience for at least 3 years
• fluent English, knowledge of software tools at a high level: 1C 8.3., Excel
• organizational skills, attentiveness, orientation to results and development, responsibility
