Personal assistant of CEO (English, Italian)

   Ukranian company in fashion industry with international team is looking for Personal Assistant of CEO.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • scheduling meetings for the CEO
  • providing administrative support (meetings, handling agreements with the providers, invoices etc.)
  • making necessary travel arrangements, including booking air, hotels etc.
  • assisting in events organization

 

About you:

  • university degree;
  • knowledge of the English language (fluent), Italian (upper Intermediate)
  • experience on a similar position
  • love fashion, result oriented, knowlege the rules of etiquette, skill cares, hight level of stress resistance
