Delivery Operations Specialist

Ciklum is looking for a Delivery Operations Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role

As a  Delivery Operations Specialist , become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
At Ciklum, we're looking for an exceptional individual to enhance our global Delivery Operations team. If you're an assertive communicator, excel in managing vast amounts of information while being extraordinary with data, and have 2-3 years of experience in a Big 4 environment or in roles at other consulting firms or organizations known for their excellence in operational and analytical rigour, we want you.

In this role, you'll drive operational excellence and analytical rigour across our global processes. You'll be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with diverse stakeholders worldwide and playing a crucial role in our continued success and growth. This is your chance to impact our operational strategies, streamline processes, and ensure we meet our ambitious targets.

Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to person for discipline and accuracy in operational processes such as utilisation management or time logging for the Delivery Center and globally
• Establish and coordinate governance with the Regional Delivery Head to achieve Delivery Center objectives and monitor and improve health
• Provide critical analytical support, transforming data into actionable insights for operational objectives
• Serve as a vital link in business operations, ensuring smooth weekly and monthly closings and being the first-line support for our delivery systems
• Collaborate across departments to gather data, building insightful analytics and reports that drive decision-making

Requirements:

• Communicating ideas and presenting findings is second nature to you, thanks to your excellent presentation and communication skills
• Your analytical skills are unmatched, allowing you to dissect complex data and provide strategic insights
• Master of data and spreadsheets (quickly build a pivot table, use formulas like vlookup, sumifs, countifs, importrange and queries)
• Have experience using Google Looker and Apps Script or are eager to learn
• You thrive in dynamic environments, turning ambiguity into clarity and structure
