Support Engineer for Ciklum Digital

On behalf of Ciklum Digital, we are looking for a Support Engineer to join Dnipro and Kyiv teams on a full-time basis.

As a part of Ciklum, you will be providing support service on behalf of one of our clients.

TetriSoft Expert will be a part of EMEA Tetris Support Structure working closely with the Tetrisoft Project Team, Tetris EMEA Business and European Finance Centre Team. The successful Candidate will report to Tetris Support Manager with a dotted reporting line to Tetris EMEA Technology Business Partner.

Our Support Center’s goal is to provide customers with top-class assistance. We are looking for service-oriented specialists with excellent English language and excellent communication skills. You should be interested in IT in general and be ready to learn about new products and constantly improve your technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Business hours (Monday-Friday, CET)
  • Gain and maintain full knowledge of the company's products and flows
  • Providing clarification on the system functionalities
  • Communicate with clients and the team on a daily basis
  • Proactively update the list of events for the team in accordance with the ongoing needs and priorities
  • Provide the first tier support to any issue raised and found related to the TetriSoft application
  • Conduct the training sessions and consultations both group and individual ones
  • TS efficiency tracking reports based on KPIs
  • Run basic database extracts and analytics

Requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate technical English (ideally C1)
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Understanding of standard support procedures for proper reporting, escalation and follow up is a MUST
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in preparing reports on regular basis
  • Experience with or basic knowledge of SQL
  • Able to manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently
  • Excellent organizational skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence or other systems
  • Experience in KPI
  • Experience in teaching
