SalesForce/Kimble Team Lead for Ciklum

Ciklum is looking for a SalesForce/Kimble Team Lead to join Kyiv team on a full-time basis.

As a Team Lead you should provide supervising, direction, instructions, motivation and guidance to Salesforce and Kimble teams on a daily basis for the purpose of achieving business goals, as well as coordinating two teams where they correlate to each other. In a long-term perspective - merging two teams and their processes.

Responsibilities

• Managing Product backlog for both applications (Kimble, Salesforce)
• Prioritization of the backlog and daily tasks for the team
• Understanding of Business Analyses and requirements management to help the team
• Validating business requirements
• Constant communication with Product Owners and Stakeholders, striving to engage them whenever and to what extent the team requires
• Daily stand up meetings
• Maintaining Sprint cycles for development work
• Maintaining Kanban processes for operational work
• Release management
• Ensure knowledge base and documentation are maintained properly
• Vendor management
• Act as Support team lead to ensure smooth and continuous high quality support for the users
• Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goals
• Being single point of contact for all team members, all Stakeholders and Senior management

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or similar role
• University degree in a related field
• Business Analyses background or at least theoretical knowledge
• Agile methodology proven experience
• Scrum experience, artifacts usage in the past
• Kanban experience, artifacts usage in the past
• Excellent understanding of Sales/Delivery processes within IT industry
• Excellent understanding of SDLC
• Excellent knowledge of CRM and PSA tools concepts
• Decision-making skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
