Account Delivery Lead

Enavate is looking for a charismatic inspiring Account Delivery Lead who would become a facilitator of most effective and prosperous collaboration between the Team and the Customer.

Someone whom we expect to become a "Golden Partner" for the clients and a "Godfather" for the project team.

 

Candidate Profile:

 

  • Impressive career spent working with client accounts, successfully delivered international projects in various fields;
  • Well-oriented in business laws of nature, including the highest levels, being like a duck to water;
  • Flawless at building meaningful internal and external relationships;
  • Experience of orchestrating and developing outstanding business cases that lead to revenue grow and expense optimization;
  • Ability to see and withdraw advantage of opportunities and transform client's business yet be a 'team player' who stays aligned to Enavate goals as well as advocating the Team Members' core values;
  • Flexibility and good sense of fast-changing, aggressive, dynamic environments, understanding how to stay constantly in control;
  • Capability of analyzing, looking at the issues from the different angle, seeing hidden opportunities and build state of art strategies that generate win-win collaboration for all stakeholders;
  • Superb communications skills that allows to be an effective negotiator equally on the level of customers, team members and executive leadership team
  • A perfectionist who is in the progress of constant self-development and gives the right image of the Leader that inspires people around;
  • Proven ability to meet and anticipate both near and long-term business issues;
  • Respected professional, who can become proven advisor to C-level community
  • Needdles to say that required English level would be strong B2 or higher, level where you can sell ideas and use negotiation skill at full rate.

 

Would be a plus:

 

  • To be a Scrum prophet;
  • Interest in Microsoft D365 technology;
  • Experience of using VSTS/DevOps (PBIs, Tasks, Capacity planning, Burndown charts etc.)

 

 

What we expect you to do:

  • Own the profitability, growth and success of several accounts;
  • Provide clients with clear vision of the future and stick to it being highly accountable;
  • Execute complex run, project delivery and transformation at the highest scale for the clients;
  • Maintain and develop accounts networking, nurture health and prosperous relationships between the stakeholders;
  • Generate creative ideas and new value propositions to C-level executives and build the reputation of Enavate as a trusted advisory of choice;
  • Provide input and thoughts to the leadership around new service offerings that are relevant for the client;
  • Drive operationally sound transformation and account plans that emphasizes growth, customer centricity, accountability and teamwork
  • Initiate meetings, on-sites and workshops;
  • Participate and organize Project estimation, Budget/Timeline/Capacity planning;
  • Plan multiple simultaneous project deliveries;
  • Track Actuals vs Budget execution;
  • Coordinate accurate and timely reporting to a client;
  • Plan team load in VSTS (DevOps);
  • Identify processes at risk and act to resolve the issues;
  • Approve team's time and coordinate invoicing of the client;
  • Prepare information for Steering Committee meetings;
  • Be the main enabler and issue resolver for a delivery team and a client's team;
  • Resolve conflicts or miscommunication inside of the team;
  • Plan, deliver and report on Sprint deliveries;
