Recruiter / HR Generalist

SoftBistro is looking for HR Generalist. A team oriented person will be the perfect match for our professional team. The job responsibilities include close work with company's TOP management and implementing new ideas and HR initiatives in reality.

Skills and abilities:

• Organisational skills - personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands are key;

• Consequently, emotional intelligence, the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others is vital;

• At least 1 year of IT recruitment;

• Knowledge and experience in application of various recruitment & selection methodologies & models;

• High level of responsibility;

• Software development lifecycle knowledge;

• Ambition and the determination to succeed;

• Confidence and self-motivation;

• Team-working skills;

• English level intermediate or upper.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment (as usual technical Senior Level positions);

• Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives;

• Leading the organization's HR departments, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR management system (HRM) and financial planning of the department;

• Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and c-suite talent acquisition;

• Policy development and documentation;

• Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture;

• Taking oversight of the company's culture;

• Global responsibility for the organisations talent functions and culture;

• Promote company's reputation as "best place to work".
