Expertise from your side:

• 1 year of experience as a Lead Generation Manager  in IT outsourcing / outstaffing 

• At least Upper Intermediate level of English

• Understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing business

• Good analytical and research skills

• Being proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented team player

• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

• UpWork outbound/inbound bids experience 

Would be great if you have :

• Experience in generating leads using additional sources and tools - LinkedIn, Email marketing etc 

• Business analysis skills

Responsibilities :

• Looking for Leads 

• Lead generation processes / Upwork outbound   

• Leads pre-qualification

• Inbound/Outbound correspondence

• Taking part in negotiations with potential clients
