HR Analyst / Researcher

Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing basic research (across various industries, positions and locations). •In-depth industry analysis (Ukraine /CIS and international markets).
- Identification of relevant candidates, including matching them with search criteria.
- Drafting project documents, such as candidate and reference reports, search reports etc.
Main requirements:
- Ready to consider candidates with minimal or zero experience
- University Degree (or students of 4-5 courses)
- Fluent English
