— Brainstorm and implement PMHUB event plans and concepts;— Create and plan events from scratch according to the requirements, target audience, and objectives;— Prepare and handle budgets and invoices;— Manage related communications (with vendors and providers, speakers, sponsorships, and partnership deals;— Hire related personnel (DJs, waiters, etc.);— Handle logistics;— Handle post-event reports and develop event feedback surveys;— Create content for the channels within the projects: social media content, partnership programs, brand awareness on portals and platforms;— Analyze the event’s success and prepare related reports.
Essential professional experience:
— Experience in creating and organizing events for at least 3 years;— Experience in the formation of budgets and documentary support of projects;— Experience in negotiating with suppliers, sponsors, and partners.
