Account Manager

    As account manager for Billing team, your responsibilities will managing of cooperation with payment providers. This is a 'farmer' role, you will be responsible for support of existing partners, which are PSPs and Banks.

    We invite those who fired up to:

    • Communicate directly with partners to solve the upcoming issues, answer and ask questions and support requests;
    • Work closely with internal business development/account manager, technical, operations and anti-fraud teams to solve daily routine issues;
    • Gather inputs from and coordinate with internal teams (including risk, compliance, product, finance and treasury) on maintain and improve the partnership;
    • Act as a key contact for designated partners;
    • Responsible for coordination and monitoring of the cooperation with the partner.

    Essential professional experience:

    • Understanding of e-commerce and technical side of payment processing;
    • Relevant work experience in the financial services industry;
    • Ability to keep long-term relationships with partners and resolve routine issues staying in a close communication;
    • Cooperating and working with multiple departments and cross-functional teams;
    • Experience in working with partners from abroad;
    • Excellent communicative skills;
    • Upper Intermediate English is a must.
