We invite those who fired up to:

• Work with the CRM team to analyse and segment the customer base in order to develop and deliver effective promotions, lifecycle programs and customer communications marketing plans that will reduce churn and/or increase average revenue per user;
• Ensure customer communications are consistent, timely, attractive, and relevant;
• Continually analyse campaign performance including take-up rates and ROI for optimization purposes;
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and casino commercial KPIs;
• Assist in execution and set-up of CRM campaigns, while working with designers, copywriters HTML & web developers and additional operational services.

Essential professional experience:

• At least 2 years' experience in CRM marketing;
• Experience in working with email service providers and campaign automation tools;
• Working experience in iGaming;
• Microsoft Office tools user;
• Experience in creating a communication strategy and executing promotions/campaigns;
• Intermediate English and higher.
