Art director

You will be involved in:

• Development of key visuals, creation/control of the implementation and unity of the creative concept in various channels: video production/animation, web design, ATL/BTL direction - print materials, merch, idea/design of advertising digital shares of the brand;
• Optimization of the interaction processes related to design;
• Management of the team of designers in different areas: graphic design, web design, video production;
• Preparation and distribution of tasks for the department, control of terms and quality of execution;
• Management and delegation responsibilities to other designers;
• Stay on top of all trends and maintaining best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as Art director 2+ years (preferably - digital/creative agencies / IT companies);
• Brand strategy and marketing brand goals understanding;
• Development/maintenance of corporate identity - the ability to work with brand identity, feel and understand the style of the brand;
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Corel Draw, Google Web Designer or other visual design and wire-framing tools;
• Experience in managing a team and building interaction processes.
