Talent Attraction and Recruitment Specialist

Livatek is growing. And we are going to be hiring many candidates in 2020 and want to professionalize our branding while growing our recruitment capacity.

With that in mind, we are looking for a TA and Recruitment Specialist to take our recruitment to its next level. You will be responsible for strategic alignment of our recruitment efforts together with our recruiter (40-50%) while also doing own hands-on recruitment (50-60%).

Skills required:

• Significant experience as an IT recruiter;

• Ability to plan and execute bigger initiatives;

• Strong interest in the strategic aspects of recruitment and talent attraction;

• And of course, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities include Talent Attraction and Recruitment:

• Develop and implement an overall talent sourcing strategy for our Kyiv office;

• Refine our recruitment cycle for maximum effectiveness;

• Refine specific sourcing strategies for key technologies;

• Be especially innovative around identifying, engaging and attracting passive candidates;

• Recommend ways to improve and promote our employer brand;

• Reviewing of our software to support our recruitment cycle;

• Use social media as part of recruitment marketing strategy with help of Marketing Department;

• Participate in job fairs, conferences, meet-ups and career events to meet new candidates and build the professional network of Livatek;

• Maintain content on our new career website.
