We are looking for:
C1+ English (both, written and spoken);
1+ years of experience in a similar position;
Critical thinker and problem-solver;
Confirmed personal management and organisational skills;
Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines;
Prepared to offer solutions and look for alternatives;;
Understanding of KPIs for Customer Support and Customer Succcess;
Excellent at organizing and multitasking;
Proven ability to take responsibility;
Management experience (from 20 to 40 people).
Ability to provide tangible results as to the success of the team (retention rates, increase of a client’s budget, improving customer success etc.)
Working knowledge of macOS and Windows, Microsoft Office, Keynote, ability to present information in concise manner per request.
Experience with CRM systems and task management platforms (Intercom / Zendesk / Helpdesk / Freshdesk / Jira / Aircall / Zoom / Google Meets / Asana / customized CRMs and systems).
Would be a plus:
Knowledge of the 2nd language (German, Spanish, French).
You want to:
Take part in the new clients' integration;
Maintain constant communication with support teams and the client;
Make sure that support processes are built to an appropriate quality level;
Train support teams and supervisors;
Proactively mediate and resolve any client concerns etc.
Monitor service quality;
Monitor team discipline and ensuring corporate culture within the team;
Take care of an internal product documentation.
