IT Project Manager

We have very ambitious goals and great in-house products to build together for BPO industry. That's why we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage organization of key projects. 

As our Project Manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

Must have:

• Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the IT-sector;
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Proactive attitude;
• Proven ability to take responsibility;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills;
• Flexibility and ability to manage, prioritize different projects.

Main responsibilities: 

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Maintain constant communication with team;
• Make sure that development processes are built to an appropriate quality level;
• Monitor team discipline and ensuring corporate culture within the team;
• Monitor internal product documentation;
• Regular reporting.
