ABOUT ROLE:

We are looking for Finance Manager to one of our products - Tournament Platform. On this role you’ll lead all financial processes with future growth as CFO of this product. 

What we expect from future colleague? - implementation of management reporting cycles; formation of financial strategy.

Collaboration would be with the CEO and teammates of the product, also with Financial department of WePlay Esports. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full financial management of the project;

• budgeting, management reporting and analysis of project results;

• provide valued business insight that helps decision makers more effectively manage their business;

• support the CEO of the project and the team in achieving the goals set for the project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education in Finance or related field;

• work experience in the Finance sphere 3+ years;

• experience with budgeting and management reporting (the practice of implementing and optimizing the management reporting system will be a plus);

• strong communication skills;

• experience with 1C, Excel, Google Spreadsheet; QBO (would be a plus);

• analytical approach to solving non-trivial problems;

• English -  intermediate or higher (all documentation in English, in close future communication will be with foreign partners).
