Legal Counsel

We improve our expertise in the field of international brands' integration in esports. We create conditions for constructive dialogue between business and active, passionate audience of players and fans.

In connection with the expansion of the jurisdiction of the company's business activities, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Legal support of Esports activity of the company;
• Prepare and file legal documents (e.g., contracts, letters, memos, statements, regulations) for legal entities in different jurisdictions (Ukraine, EU, Asia, USA);
• Conducting legal research;
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the company;
• Cooperation and communication with company`s departments to ensure minimization of legal risks and maintaining legal support.

Required skill set:

• 1,5+ years of relevant working experience in international companies as in-house (preferably in IT or Sport Industry);
• Fluent English, including legal drafting (min - Upper-Intermediate);
• Knowledge of IP rights, GDPR, tax law (Ukraine, EU, USA) is a must;
• Knowledge of esports industry legal practices and environment would be advantageous.
