Affiliate Marketing Manager

Inside HR Consulting is part of an international holding company. We are a group of companies engaged in software development in the Gambling industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with the affiliate partners;
• Keep affiliates up to date with the latest company news;
• Make commission payments to affiliates;
• Assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager in monitoring and ensuring partner compliance;
• Assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager in managing the affiliate budget;
• Assist the Affiliate Marketing Manager in business process development and improvement;
• Collaborate with the creative teams to create affiliate marketing material;
• Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing and niche trends;
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking;
• Monitor and manage the affiliate program online reputation;
• Promote the affiliate program across the industry. 

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience within the affiliates industry;
• A good understanding of affiliate tracking technology;
• A good understanding of the whole digital marketing mix;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong people and partnership management skills;
• Good planning and organizational skills;
• Good Excel and numerical skills;
• Self-learning ability;
• Degree in Marketing or Management is appreciated but not necessary.
