Responsibilities:
Development and coordination of a full cycle of HR processes aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of cooperation with the personnel
- Monitor key HR metrics
- Control of HR administration, prevention of HR risks, settlement of labour disputes.
- Development and management of corporate culture.
- Optimization and control of personnel loyalty and retention programs.
- Development of motivational programs and models.
- Preparation and provision of analytical materials for the company management on personnel issues.
- Consultation of the company management, as well as of department heads on all personnel issues. Participation in HR documents preparation;
- Work with database of contractors/employees;
- Implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems
Requirements:
- At least 3+ year experience in IT of HR function;
- English - upper-intermediate;
- Very good communication skills;
- Familiar with MC Office;
- Attention to details, well organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Manage to build and maintain good working relations
