HR manager

Responsibilities:

Development and coordination of a full cycle of HR processes aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of cooperation with the personnel

•   Monitor key HR metrics
•   Control of HR administration, prevention of HR risks, settlement of labour disputes.
•   Development and management of corporate culture.
•   Optimization and control of personnel loyalty and retention programs.
•   Development of motivational programs and models.
•   Preparation and provision of analytical materials for the company management on personnel issues.
•   Consultation of the company management, as well as of department heads on all personnel issues. Participation in HR documents preparation;
•   Work with database of contractors/employees;
•   Implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems

Requirements:

• At least 3+ year experience in IT of HR function;
• English - upper-intermediate;
• Very good communication skills;
• Familiar with MC Office;
• Attention to details, well organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Manage to build and maintain good working relations
