Responsibilities:

• Supporting HR Operations - signing contracts with new employees;·  Participation in HR documents preparation;
• Work with database of contractors/employees/candidates;
• Management off the employment/adaptations (full employee lifecycle)
• FTO&Sick days tracking.
• Greeting new contractors.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ year experience in IT of HR function ;
• English - intermediate;
• Good communication skills;
• Familiar with Dropbox
• Attention to details, well organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Manage to build and maintain good working relations
