Customer Support Representative (fluent Chinese and English)

Are you keen on communication and able talk to customers all day long without losing your enthusiasm? Do you have flawless command of written and verbal English and strong desire to fulfill your extraordinary communication skills? Our young English-speaking team of passionate and highly motivated people is looking for a talented, goal-oriented and committed customer service representative to provide high-level quality phone support for our clients. The position is available for immediate hire.

Previous experience is not necessary, but skills working in IT Customer Service professional environment will be a huge advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Providing assistance to Chinese and English-speaking clients by phone and in chat;

Requirements:

• Both fluent writing and speaking Chinese and English is a must;
• Excellent work standards and high motivation;
• Basic IT knowledge, including in OS features;
• Can be a student.

Will be a great plus:

• Experience in international IT environment;
• Experience with phone support.
