Key responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer components and software.
• Office equipment maintenance and repair.
• Technical documentation and accounting.
• Setting up workspaces, installing new equipment/computers.
• Managing user accounts.
• User support and training.

Qualifications:

• Higher technical education (ready to hire a student).
• Knowledge of PC hardware, understanding the principles of diagnosis.
  
• Experience in installing, configuring the operating systems Windows, Ubuntu, Mac OS.
• Basic network knowledge (TCP / IP protocol stack, NAT, routing, DNS, DHCP).
• Knowledge of POP3, IMAP, SMTP mail protocols, the ability to work with cloud-based mail systems like G Suite.
• Experience with SCS, understanding of the principles of construction.
• Responsibility at work, the ability to search for information on emerging problems.
• Getting the job done, working alone and in a team, attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate.
