Talent Acquisition Specialist

Morgan Furniture is a furniture factory producing sofas and sofabeds for customers in 22 countries worldwide. Morgan Furniture is located in Rivne, Ukraine, and belongs to Home Group Holding, among the largest european producers of upholstered furniture in the world. After significant investments in its operations 2018, the Ukrainian factory is now the biggest factory in the Group. Current team size in Ukraine is 800+ employees.

The Role

Home Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to consolidate and lead Employer Branding for the Group, deliver key Talent Acquisitions for five Home Group factories in Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Ukraine and to perform full-cycle recruitments for the Morgan Furniture factory in Ukraine. Talent Acquisition Specialist will be based at operations in Ukraine and will report directly to Group HR Director. He/she will partner with other HR functions and Group Management to secure integrated approach of the recruitment system to meet current and future business needs.

Resposibilities

• Partner with business on Group Employer Branding activities, define Group Talent Acquisition strategy for 2020-2023 (with support from Group HR Director). Coordinate Employer brand-book development and its adoption in the units.
• Deliver recruitment of key and critical positions based on detailed recruitment requests owned by HR Managers/ HR Business partners. Lead global talent acquisitions for the Group. Manage recruitment services suppliers.
• Deliver blue collar mass-recruitments for Morgan Furniture factory in Ukraine supported by local HR Team members.
• Utilize selection tools existing at Morgan Furniture, i.e. Assessment Center, Interviewing Guides, etc. Continue to develop recruitment tool-box, coordinate its adoption at other factories in the Group.
• Try and follow up on new recruitment sources, evaluate sources productivity, manage termination/prolonging of recruitment sources depending on high-low season and labor market situation to secure sufficient staffing at optima cost (money and time).
• Educate Senior Leaders in organization on interviewing skills, raze awareness with regards to Employer Brand publicity.
• Preferably represent the Group on public events related to Employer Branding agenda (depending on previous experience).
• Contribute to shaping up of the fast-growing organization, defining new roles & responsibilities and competence profiles.
• Contribute to other HR processes, i.e. Onboarding Programs revision, Development Centers, salary structure revision, Succession Planning, etc.

Requirements

• Male/female professional with experience in HR and/or Marketing function and desire to develop career as HR expert leader at international scale.
• Upper-Intermediate English and Ukrainian language is a must, knowledge of Lithuanian/Polish language would be an advantage.
• Learning agility, entrepreneurial spirit, potentiality to succeed to Managerial role.
• Business acumen, customer-focus mindset and enthusiasm to work with people.
• Critical evaluation competence: problem-solving/ analysis and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
• Ability to build relationship, to challenge the authority and argument own position.
• Process optimization skills, ability to balance big picture and attention to detail.
• Digital literacy and hands-on approach to adopt digital solutions to support HR processes.

Desired knowledge and skills

• Industrial background with international exposure.
• Experience in creating HR process maps, documents, analytics, etc.
• Project management skills.
• Basic knowledge of European Employment legislation and European General Data Processing Regulation (GDPR).
• Public speaking, presentation and training facilitation skills.
