SMM & Digital Communication Manager

Responsibilities:

• Copy creation for assigned products and brand communications across all channels, including Social Media, Web, Email, Video, PR etc.

• Development of marketing materials: landing pages, banners, PPC ads, project descriptions

• Working closely with customer-facing teams to dive deep into the product

• Manage brand assets on social media: engage with consumers, respond to questions, complains, inquiries and praises

• Build relationships with influencers and loyal customers

• Collaborate with marketing and product manager

• Cooperate with designers to create visual assets for content

• Do a hands-on research and obtain necessary info to understand target audiences and market

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency and true love for storytelling and tech

• University degree (preferably in communication or philology field)

• Ability to write engaging posts in social media with catchy titles, PR materials, newsletters,

• Ability to comprehend technical content and quickly learn new material

• Experience in creating and maintaining content strategy and editorial plans
