Procurement Officer

Unilever Ukraine is looking for a Procurement officer

Location: Kiev region, Hostomel

Main Job Purpose:

• The role continuously develops and adapts the Ukraine portfolio procurement strategy in line with the business and category strategy needs and overall global strategy.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and ordering of equipment, instruments, services, spare parts, other CAPEX and operating supplies from both local and overseas suppliers for company.
• Purchasing IP Materials and Services strictly according to the Brief and satisfy all Internal Security, Quality and Legal requirements.
• Purchasing Marketing Materials and Services, HR, Workplace, IT, Professional services, strictly according to the Brief and satisfy all Internal Security, Quality and Legal requirements.
• Plan and maintain vendor master data in line with company workflow procedure.
• Monitor and track the performance of the suppliers e.g. on-time delivery of the requirements, in the right quality and quantity, to deliver the best value to the business and customer's needs.

Your Background:

• University degree - Commercial, Technical in background.
• 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• Good communication & networking skills.
• Strong analytic capabilities.
• Willingness to multitask.
• Fluent in written and spoken English language.
• High level of knowledge Excel.
• Skills in purchasing, negotiating and planning (e.g. request / negotiation / e-commerce, issuing purchase orders, commercial agreements / contracts, work planning, etc.).
