Execution Data Support Specialist

Allseeds Group, one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of vegetable oils and meals in Ukraine, a reliable and highly professional partner in the agricultural markets is looking for candidates for the position of Execution Data Support Specialist

Functional responsibilities:

Keeping records (data entry) and displaying them in the relevant system:

• Product purchase and sales transactions and the formation of contracts;
• Purchases/sales of goods between the group companies and third parties;
• Goods invoicing;
• Goods movement in the context of warehouses/storage locations;
• Accrual and invoicing of service costs under sales and purchase transactions;
• Non-commodity operations, recording in operational and accounting systems;
• Generation of cost rates by contractors;
• Write-off operations, adjustment of cost amounts;
• Monthly analysis of the group companies' balances

The day-to-day activity would be, but are not limited to:

• Creation of a Deal ticket in the operational accounting system with all required requisites of the Agreement;
• Creation of e-contract based on a Deal ticket;
• Recording of the electronic documents (Movement of goods) for posting inventory purchases/sales in the reporting period;
• Matching the data in electronic documents for the movement of goods within the reporting period between two systems (1C Zernotrade and 1C Bit);
• Creation of electronic documents according to the dates of the deals.
• Reconciliation of margins recorded for the deals with agreements.

Our expectations:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same area in an international company.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of logistics operations, their organization in sea transportation, delivery conditions, storage, and transportation of vegoils/grain cargo.
• A GAFTA, FOSFA, Incoterms, UCP 600, Charter Parties course certificate will be your advantage.
• Confident PC user Microsoft Office (Excel), 1C8/1CBit/ERP.
• High level of responsibility and self-organization.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Organizational skills.
• Accountability, flexibility, hardworking.
