GDM Group is looking for a motivated International HR Administrator!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal HRM system and update HR databases regularly;
- Preparing and amending HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides;
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken;
- Provide administrative support to other HR functions, if needed;
- Communicating with recruiters/agencies and other external parties;
- Help with creating and driving processes, policies, and workflows that are compliant, efficient, scalable, and reflect GDM’s group values.
Requirements:
- Upper Intermediate English;
- Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of HR processes and projects;
- Well-developed communication skills, empathy, and proactivity;
- Ability to find a common language with different people.
Would be a Plus:
- Successful track record of working within global geography & multicultural environment.
