Billing & Collections Support Specialist

We're looking for a qualified billing and collections specialist to serve as the main point of contact for all billing related issues and questions. The most successful candidate will have a natural passion for customer support. He or she will be proactive team player that always meets the deadlines.

Objectives of this Role

• Proactively and reactively provide support to customers struggling with billing related inquiries and failures.

• Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify the problem, figure out the solution and its successful communication back to the client.

• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Skills and Qualifications

• Min 1-2 years experience (subscription billing is a plus)

• Accounting/Finance background is not a must but a plus (should be smart with numbers)

• Excellent verbal and written English knowledge.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Should have worked in Customer facing roles before, specifically American.

• The natural instinct to empathize with the user, customer oriented attitude.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Should have working experience on CRM's / Softwares / Cloud-based environments

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently

• Natural self-starter with "will do" attitude

• Willingness to work after hours if the timeline is tight

• Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality

• Desire to continue to grow through continuing training

• Flexibility in work hours to accommodate US market
